Cancellation Policy

At NOMAD NEST BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and our policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support at +91 8015066064 or emailing us at Nomadnest.bspl@gmail.com. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • After Dispatch:
    If the order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund in case of wrong or damaged items as per our Return Policy.

2. Cancellation by Nomad Nest

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to any of the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues

  • Errors in pricing, product description, or technical issues

  • Payment failure or incomplete transaction

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

In such cases, we will notify you via phone or email and initiate a full refund where applicable.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds for cancelled orders (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Special Note for Perishable Goods

Orders that include perishable or freshly packed items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) cannot be cancelled once they are processed for dispatch, as they are packed fresh for delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
